Is it possible to have rules to online reservations?

Hello! 

I am a massage therapist and would prefer to make the online reservation of massages at home for new clients conditional. More specifically, I would like only people whom I have already met to be able to book an appointment online for a home massage. For new clients, I would like them to call me so that I can speak first. Is there some rules that I can create with Square?

This would be considered a feature request at this time, as Square Appointment does not have restrictions or rule settings at this time. 

In the meantime, you could set up your booking site to be password protected so that only those that you have spoken with have access to the site once you have given them the password.  Keep in mind that this would not prevent someone from sharing the password with a friend or something among those lines but it would definitely help with adding that layer of restriction that you might be looking for.
