entering a custom amount or service on square

I currently use PayPal for billing of services. It is very easy to use and customize the service rendered and the payment amount, Is there a way to do that with square instead of using a line item out of my store?

Thank you for posting your question. 

Just to clarify - are you looking for a custom amount feature in the standard Point of Sale or in your Online Store? 

It is available in the Point of Sale app & Virtual Terminal during check out, so you don't have to have the item added in your Item Library.
