Balance transfer

I took payment Saturday before last, I’ve checked that it was taken as a ‘card’ payment and not cash. The balance is sitting there but hasn’t gone into my bank. The square help advise to wait up to 5 working days as it can take this long to verify my bank. 
I’d like to just speak to someone, finding it very frustrating.
