Communicating with Square?

HI,  How is the best way to communciate with Square?   I don't seem to have any luck phoning and my emails take days to get back to me?  I'm new to square so just wanted to get some answers while I get set up.  I have a charity event at the end of the week so getting these anwers are starting to get a little important.  Thanks
