orders not saving on ipad

Hi All, for some strange reason we have found that out of our three POS iPads, only one is saving orders and printing tickets. The remaining two won't save the orders. Up until a few days ago, this was not a problem we had encountered.

Any advice?

While we're not able to look into how you have things set up, has anything changed between now and then? Are all iPads definitely logged into the same account, have orders turned on via the POS settings on each device, and also printer stations set up in the same way on each device?

 

The best place to troubleshoot this issue would be with our support team on 1800 760 137. They'll be able to take a bit more of a look into how the account is set up and if there's anything you should specifically be doing to help resolve the issue!
