Hi Sellers!
With activity logs, you can now access and track order lifecycle data down to specific event details to deliver a better experience to your customers. This data can help you understand all changes that may have taken place with an order, so you can troubleshoot potential order issues.
With activity logs, you can now see log events like:
- Orders created
- Payments received
- Orders completed
- Fulfilment state updates (in progress, ready, completed)
- Items completed (fulfilled)
- Items added
- Items removed
- Items updated
Navigation:
- Go to Items & orders > Orders from your online Square Dashboard.
- Note: Detailed activity logs are not yet available within the POS.
- This will open the Orders Overview page. A list of orders from up to 30 days ago will be displayed here. Click on a specific order to view additional details about it.
- In the Order Detail side panel, scroll down to Activity to see detailed events for that order.
