[New] Team Plus renamed to Advanced Access

Hi Sellers, 🌟

Starting March 27, 2024, the subscription known as Team Plus will be renamed to Advanced Access in the US. Sellers who are using a Team Plus subscription today will see their plan now be renamed to Advanced Access under Accounts and Subscriptions. There will be no other changes to this subscription’s pricing and packaging, and if you are using the subscription today, the existing features will remain the same which includes: unlimited custom permission sets, access to team member badges, team member activity log, and team sales report. 

Sellers on a Team Plus legacy plan will continue to be called Team Plus legacy and the subscription pricing and packaging will continue to receive unchanged features.

This company just gets more and more confusing by the day as things are renamed after being renamed before, changed, moved, sunsetted, etc.  Everything is so confusing across the board and this from a Super Seller user and Square user for the last 13 years,  

Just to get started with Square if you are a store there is a Free Square Point of sale, then a free Square for Retail, a Plus version of Square for Retail, and a Premium version of Square for Retail.  then there is all the complicated Shifts and teams and now advanced access and whatever else you can add on.  There are different processing rates depending on what version of the app you are using and also what hardware you are using.  none of it is intuitive and simple like Square used to be.
