Managers and team members who have the permissions are now able to review, approve and decline team member schedules, timecards, and availability requests directly in the Team app and Dashboard app.
We’ve recently created a new configuration tool that allows you to choose your brand preferences, preview them across surfaces, and seamlessly update them across multiple locations. We are excited to announce that Square Reader for magstripe is now available with USB-C. Square Reader for magstripe (USB-C) enables you to take swipe payments by plugging in directly to the USB-C port on your tablet or mobile device, compatible with most USB-C Apple and Android devices (requires iOS 15.0+ or Android 7.0+).
We have made it easier for you to search for a customer across your entire franchise. To help you better manage and triage customer support inquiries, we are enabling a customer search capability to allow you to search for customers across your entire franchise by name, email, and phone # from within your Square operating merchant account.
