Hi Community Friends! I’m excited to share a new feature that lets you view the status of your invoice so that you can see when your client has viewed and paid the invoice. With this launch, our aim is to make it easier for you to manage outstanding invoices. You’ll be able to see when your clients have seen the invoice or whether it’s time to follow-up with a friendly reminder. With “Event Timeline,” you can see exactly where your Invoice stands from the Square Dashboard as well as your Square Point of Sale app.
Here’s How it Works
Select Invoices from the navigation menu straight from your Square dashboard, or from the Square Point of Sale mobile app.
Choose the invoice you’d like to track from your list.
Select **View All Activity** to view a full list of when your invoice was viewed, updated or edited.
