Card on file deletes

I have customers that have a monthly membership. I’ve manually typed in customers credit cards to put on file. The credit card at the time does save to the system. I’m not sure the pattern but it seems to be random that the customer then gets a email stating “their subscription has been cancelled.” I check the system and their card is not on file. They didn’t remove their card, I didn’t remove their card. It’s happened to EVERY one of my monthly clients. Am I missing something here?

Hi @ZenLanding. Thanks for writing in. Definitely sounds strange.

 

Is that happening to each of your customers all at the same time? Or at random? My first guess is that their credit cards have expired, but I'll wait to see your reply and we can go from there.
