I have switched on apple pay on my website but for some reason its' not working. Anyone have the same issue? If yes, how do I get it?

Hi @portolacoffee, thanks for your post! This is actually an expected behaviour with Apple Pay. The ability to use Apple Pay is limited to Apple products which is why customers will only see it as an option when accessing a site through Safari. You can read more about Apple Pay compatibility here.
Thanks for sending that on @Pui! It's expected that Apple Pay won't appear as an option when you are browsing on Google Chrome, but it should be there when you access the site using Safari.
Would you mind send me the link to the website? What I can do is escalate this to our engineering team again so they can take a further look.

I can definitely look into this on my end and if needed, escalate with our engineering team as well. Can you let me know what seems to be happening when customers try to use Apple Pay on the website? If they are getting any error message, it'd be great to get the exact messaging or screenshot

Yes - I can't get Apple Pay to work on my webshop either!
The problem I have is the Apple Pay transaction appears to process, and then the user gets the error message "This store does not ship to the provided address."
I have raised a case with the Helpdesk - but no update after several weeks.
My guess - is that its something to do with how Apple Pay fills the address, and the way its processed by Square
Apple Pay enters my shipping address as
Town
UK
All the orders I receive have the customers shipping address as
Town
ENG
Postcode
GB
If you use the manual checkout page it asks for "State" with the dropdown options of England, Scotland, Wales, NI
This is where the "ENG" gets populated from
My guess is that Apple Pay isn't populating this field, and that is what is causing the error with the shipping address.

I've chased up the ticket and our engineering team has confirmed they have rolled out a fix for the "This store does not ship to the provided address" error message.
If you are still getting the same error message, would you mind letting me know so I can follow-up on the ticket with more information so our team can look into this further?

@Jools no thats not what I'm getting.
At checkout there is no option showing that they can pay by apple pay, but they can pay via google though.
Both options are ticked in the back end so would be great to know what it's not working.
I've also raised this as a bug a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything

To help me look into this as well, can you let me know if the Apple Pay appear for you at check out when you access the link through Safari? If you have any screenshot showing all the different options at checkout, that'd be much appreciated.

Thanks for the link @Pui! I've tested this on my end and I'm unable to see the Apple Pay button when viewing in Safari, so I'll need to file a ticket with our engineering team so they can take a look as well.

Hi @ClothingCity, I've checked your site on my end using Safari and I'm able to see the option to checkout using Apple Pay. Would you mind testing it again and let me know? If the option does not appear, can you send me a screenshot and confirm the version of Safari you are using?
@Pui - I have filed a ticket with our engineering team and they are looking into it now! I have yet to receive an update, but I'll be sure to keep you posted!

Hi @pizzajockeys, thanks for flagging this! I had a look at the website but it looks like it isn't currently accepting order? If you go to Settings > Checkout and toggle the Accept online orders to blue, are you able to see the option for Apple Pay when visiting the site in Safari?

Hi @allthingsmeng and @pizzajockeys, I just want to follow up and let you know the team have been able to resolve the issue! Customers should now see Apple Pay as an option at checkout when accessing the website via Safari. I've tested it on my end and was able to see the option there for myself as well.
