Hi, my name is Knute Fenstad from Seattle, Washington. I've just inherited a 35 year old Engraving, and specialty advertising company from my 80 year old father who has finally decided to retire. I'd like to expand our customer base to bring in more revenue but am not sure how to pickup the pace. My background is in Computer Science/Engineering I've worked as a Software Engineer and Network Engineer at such companies as Boeing, and the University of Washington Dept of Chemical Engineering, and would also like to incorporate all the various aspects of Information Technology that I've become proficient in as well, into the advertising business, if its at all possible. Over the past 3 years we've lost a considerable number of customers due to more up to date competitors, and other reasons beyond my control. Covid is one them recently. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed and was hoping the "Square" personnel could give me some advice on how to proceed.
