I am writing to get an answer and have someone look into my account. I am being charged $25.00 per month and have a draft email that can't go out as it states that I have to Upgrade my account. I don't understand why my account is not able to send out an email to my clients. Can I also find out how to get a pin so I may speak to a customer service agent as I paid for an entire year for Square Website.
