images upside down

I am importing images for my Item Library and images are coming in sideways and upside down rather than straight up. What is happening? This happened importing images into the webpage gallery, but seems to have been corrected after a chat. Now I can't get back to chat or finish my work. Help! (And thank you!)

Could you give me a little more information on how you are uploading this photos? Are you uploading them directly to the Item Library on your Dashboard?

Hi!

I tried loading directly from my desktop and again reloading from the image library. In both cases the images come in sideways. 

Any help would be appreciated. Is there something else I can try when this happens?

Whenever the images are appearing flipped around - is it on your Dashboard/device or on the Square Online Store?

This will help me direct the troubleshooting for you.
