Hi
When I began setting up my store I created 4 categories. For some reason, 1 of them was showing twice. So I deleted all of the categories in the hope that this would solve the issue but it hasn’t. When I view my store, it’s still showing under the categories but will bring up the 404 error if clicked on. It’s not showing up as a category anywhere else so it’s getting frustrating trying to work out why this is happening. I’m still in the set up of my site and would really appreciate any help you can provide.

I actually recommend getting in touch with support for further advice here - they will be able to imitate your account dashboard and take a better look into how it's set up and troubleshoot accordingly 👍

1. Sign in to your Square account
2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact
3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"
4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
