How to create prepaid service packages & redeem

How do I create a prepaid package of services where by each service can be recognised and redeemed each time the client visits, WITH OUT having to simple just discount each treatment each time they visit.

Ideally it would be multiples of the same treatment but can be. Collection of different treatments, so when each treatment is booked next time the system recognises it and almost auto reconciles it when the client is charged in square.

Almost like a credit on their file that ticks down each time and has the ability to be discounted when sold at the start without having to discount every single service thereafter to ensure it matches up.

Like a reverse subscription.

Hi @TheFacialist,

Thanks for writing in with your question and I'm so sorry we initially missed your post! 😓

At this time, Square doesn't support the ability to apply store credit to Customer Profiles. Although you can set up services for package deals you provide, Square Appointments cannot currently automatically deduct individual sessions from a package. To address this, I recommend scheduling each session within the package as a separate appointment to ensure clients are correctly billed for each session.

Should you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us here, or for more urgent issues, please reach out to our Support Team.

You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email. See the below steps.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.
