My authorized representative has received an email "You have been added as an Authorised Representative". However there's no info on how they can log in (ie what their initial password is). Tried getting a password reset email, didn't work.

Adding someone as an authorized representative doesn't automatically allow them to log in. An authorized representative can call or email our support team, and take limited actions on the Square account they're a representative on. For instance, this would allow your authorized representative to call in to ask about a refund that's currently processing. To give them the ability to log in, you'll also have to add them as a team member - get started with this guide.
