Square doesn't currently have customer profiles with barcode generation, and I've also taken a look at our App Marketplace to see if there are any third-party apps fitting this brief but there wasn't an exact match.
While we have a customer directory, it doesn't integrate with outstanding orders or barcodes and is more suited to simple data collection.
You can submit a feature request for this to our product team here - be sure to include a use case, and examples of how you'd use this in your day-to-day. While we can't guarantee that a given feature request will be developed, customer feedback plays into the features we develop.
