Hi community,
I am new to Square and have set up an item and tested a sale to view the receipt and the name of the item did not show on the receipt. Instead is says 'Custom Amount" next to the charge.
How can I change this to be the actual item name?
I have gone through many settings and everything else makes sense but am stumped.
Please help.
