Unable to upload my logo for receipt

I'm unable to save my uploaded logo for my receipt.  While the image is a jpg image, I keep getting the following error message "Profile image should have content type image/jpeg, image/pjpeg, image/png, image/x-png, image/gif"

 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out!

 

So I can troubleshoot this one further, can you let me know:

 

  • The current file type
  • The file size
  • Which web browser / app you are trying to load the image via

Please also feel free to share the image or DM it to me if you don't want to post publicly, I can try testing on my end 👍

Hello Seamus,

 

Thank you for your response.  I've been trying to attach my logo as a jpg file. I have a few file sizes including 46.8 KB

I've tried both Google chrome and Safari from laptop and from mobile device

 

How would I send you a direct message to have you try?

Thanks for letting us know these details! .jpg files are generally a good option for receipt logos, and your file size sounds ok as well. While we're not able to upload files onto your account via our community forum, this is something support can troubleshoot with you 😊👍

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
