Approval for Refunds outside of store policy

I have a feature request to require an approval code or additional check / screen pop up for returns that are outside of the store policy.  We have had a few employee mistakes where they select refund and then realize that while the return is possible through Square's policies that it was actually not within our policy.  Having an additional check in the software for certain kinds of returns (timeframe, refund type, etc) would be very helpful.

Thanks for taking the time to share why this permission is important for your business. I went to check for updates and—while there isn't a setting available exactly how you described—you can set an employee permission that requires a manager's approval before issuing a refund. I realize that this may be more restrictive than necessary, but wanted to offer up a workaround. I'll be sure to surface your post with our Point of Sale Team. Please keep watch for updates.
