Dashboard - Item Change Log

Hello...

 

We run a small cafe and my customer recently asked me "When is [Item Name] going to be available again?".  To my surprise, that [Item Name] was always available but when I checked my Square Dashboard, that [Item Name] was showing a not assigned to a Location (which I absolutely was before..) and it was on Square Online but marked as "Unavailable". I use the Manage Stock feature when supplies are unavailable but I have never marked this popular [Item Name] as out-of-stock.

 

I see the "Activity Log" in the Reports section but this only shows Voids, Refunds, Employee Discount transactions... I want to view a "change log" in the Dashboard that shows:

 

1- When an Item was created/added (date/time), and by which user

2- Any changes made to the Item; log an event every time "Save" is done

This includes changes to pricing, taxes, descriptions, availability, visibility etc.?
