Slow loading times & inventory tracking not working

Hi

Is any one else having the problem that for the last few days on my pc the dashboard is running really slow?

Also, I am trying to manage stock on more than one variation, and it won't load. It loaded the first variation fine, but no more!

There is no current issues with our Dashboard that I'm aware of. However, our website cant sometimes encounters errors when trying to connect to your browser. Here are a few troubleshooting tips you can try:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
  • Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.

If none of these troubleshooting tips work, contact us with the following information:

  • The exact version of your web browser. To find this, visit whatwebbrowser.com.
  • Confirm the device youโ€™re using (PC, Mac, iPad, Android device, etc.)
  • Is there any error message you're seeing when trying to update stock?
