Item description not showing on Square Online site on mobile devices

Hi tranguyen, 

 

I have tried everything to get my item descriptions visible on my homepage site (social sides) - please see image attached 

 

Can tech look into this…

 

It works on desktop but NOT on iPhone, Safari or Chrime

Thank you for flagging this @notso! I was able to reproduce the issue on my end — it looks like the description is showing up once you've clicked Explore our menu before clicking back to the homepage, but not if you're on the homepage for the first time. 

 

I've escalated this to our ECOM specialist team so they can investigate further and will follow up once I have more to share.

 

Additionally, I'll be moving this conversation to a new thread since the issue is different from the original issue raised here. That way, it'll help other sellers who are experiencing the same problem with item description not appearing to find the answer more easily.
