Multiple pick up points

It seems, despite requests over several years, that I am not able to create my stock levels from one pool showing on the website, and have customers collect from a location of their choice. I have set up two locations, but it depends where I allocate the stock, so only those selecting option a see some lines, and those that select option b see some of the same, but others only available there.

 

is there any progress to these requests? With COVID, people are restricted on their moments. I am unsure why they canโ€™t add to cart, and choose their pick up location.

Thank you for writing in and highlighting this feature request!

 

At the moment, customers will only be able to check out items in stock at the location they've selected. I imagine this was designed to avoid disappointment in case the item chosen isn't actually available at the pick up location they've chosen.

 

I can see how having a shared stock pool for multiple locations would be useful if you're transferring items between locations. I'll pass your feedback on to our eCom team!
