Similar items

I owe a record shop and when I clic on an item it show the same "similar items" for any item I open...

Is it a bug or there is any settings to adjust to make it work automatically?

For my need and logically it should show similar items from the same category.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community!

I took a look back at the post I made when we launched the Similar Items feature - it looks like the intended functionality here is to display items in the same category.

If this isn't working as intended, as a first step I'd reach out to our support team, who can take a better look at how the items are set up and confirm if what you're seeing may be a bug. Or they may have a solution based on how things are set up!

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"

Please let me know what you find - if it's a setup issue then other sellers might be able to benefit from this in the future 🙂
