Transfer stopped

Hi!

 

I found my account never accept any transfer record since 1st of June this year. I wonder what happened on your company,coz I havenot change any setting. Could you help me double check that and solve the problem? Thank you from Charlie

I'm sorry to hear there's been a delay in receiving your Square transfers!

I have immediately escalated your case to our Account Services team who have advised they have now removed the temporary hold on your Square transfers. It appears the hold was in place following an account review which was then further delayed.

I can confirm that your current balance is scheduled to be transferred to your linked bank account tomorrow, Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

In future, if you notice anything amiss with your account, please do not hesitate to reach out to us ASAP so we can take a look. Again, we sincerely apologise for the disruption in receiving your transfers!
