Hello,
I am hoping someone may be able to help me, please. I have been trying for months to log in to my account and have given up on several occasions as I keep going around in circles.
There is no way to log into my account as I no longer have my phone with the authentication app, and I can't find my backup codes. Every method keeps taking me around in circles, and I need one of these to log in. It is impossible to find help or anyone to speak to about this problem.
I am hoping someone can help me, please.
