Im just in the process of setting up square online, so people can order drinks from their table, without having to come to the counter. Ive set it all up, and it works, and the payments register in the transaction log. How can I get this order to flow through to KDS? Anyone know?

While this isn't something I've personally set up, we have some general instructions here.
The relevant sections should be:
Enabling Online Orders

Tap the settings gear icon.

Tap Orders.

Toggle on View Online orders.

Select New online order is placed or Online order is marked in progress based on your preference.
Enable Orders from Point of Sale
You can decide whether orders from your POS devices will be sent to your KDS. To enable POS orders:

Tap the Settings gear icon.

Tap Orders.

To enable, toggle ON View Point of Sale Orders to have orders placed on your POS sent to your Square KDS device.
To disable, toggle OFF View Point of Sale Orders.
