Bulk pricing is a great idea, and the Online Coupons should be as detailed as the in-store Discounts...
This could be a great resource for people who want to give customers cheaper prices for more, at the same time as giving sellers more purchases...

So I can better understand what you're looking for here, are you able to explain a little further how you're looking to use such a feature? Is there an existing function with discounts in Square Pointy of Sale that can't quite be replicated via coupons?

Hi Seamus,

yes there is a specific thing I am trying to accomplish.

I have a small home grown candle business and I need a way to get more customers to buy, therefore having better sales options is a great idea. I was thinking something along the lines of bulk pricing (the more you buy the more you save), but since this may take longer for square to implement and may be harder to do so, I think it would be a great idea to give the online coupons the same features as the in-store discounts, examples include:

Automatic discounts;

the automatic discounts is a great thing because it allows us to add specific items to be discounted and if a certain amount of said item is added to cart it adds a specific % / $ amount off the sale (another good idea to add would be a specific amount off each item instead of the order total).

I would also like to add that a lot of people use trust pilot as a means for trusting brands, websites, and other online things, if you were to make some kind of integration with them it could bring business up for a lot of people.

Thank you for sharing your use case for more flexible pricing, and discount options! We're currently tracking the feature request for multi-buy discounts, and automatic discounts, for Square Online. While we don't have an ETA of when, or if a given feature request will be implemented, Square Online is constantly changing based on feedback like yours. You can take a look at our most recent Square online release notes here. 

In regards to your suggestion about Trustpilot, I remember you sharing this in another post as well 🙂 As the integration would have to be built by Trustpilot, it might be worth reaching out to their team directly to let them know that this is something you'd like to see them develop!
