Feature Request: Square Online Store customer log in / accounts

Ive been trying to add a customer log-in feature (with username and password) and finding this almost impossible on weebly. I also wanted to associate it with different membership purchases but this is looking unlikely! I was wondering if someone has done this before and can help? 
I believe it used to be a feature in 2017 on weebly but seems to have since been removed. PLEASE HELP ME

What's going on with this feature, just upgraded my account to 'Perfomance' at $35.00AUD/month which notes it includes 'Customer Accounts - Let Customers sign in...'. However, it appears this feature is not available.

 

Have we mistaken?

 

Is this still not available to Australia, and therefore misleading in the description?

Customer Accounts is a new feature we recently launched in the US, though it is yet to be localised for other Square markets, including Australia. I looked at our plans and features for Square Online on our Australian website and we were not able to find a mention of these features. Customer Accounts will make it to Australia in the future, though we don't have a timeline to share on when, unfortunately.

 

If we are incorrectly displaying information somewhere else on our Australian website, please let me know where you saw this, and I can pass it on to our content team for review/removal. Sorry I couldn't be of more help here! This has been a popular feature request for all the markets Square Online currently operates in, so hopefully we'll see this feature launched in Australia as soon as possible.

 

 

I also require it in australia as soon as possible, i just spent $35 for nothinggg, thats the only reason i bought it... a bit misleading... let me know when it becomes available in australia @Seamus 

Same here @Seamus just spent $35 AUD for nothing. the site says "customer accounts". If this isn't the case I would like this refunded and ill go and have a look at Weebly...

Hi, adding our request for customer accounts too. Every online store needs customer accounts to build their business. Customers want to be able to login and see past purchases etc. This will also enable us to bring in more customers and repeat sales which will also benefit Square with more sales, more fees. 

I want to say I really like the user friendliness of the Square system and ability to build an online store even without any web design experience. The only thing holding us back is the lack of customer accounts as all our competitors have this feature and I don't want to move to another platform. We'd even be happy to pay a little more to have this functionality.
