Disconnect from Wifi to run EOD? ... weird.

We have a problem where, while wifi connected, no devices are able to get live sales updates throughout the day or perform EOD.

 

Everything runs perfectly on Wifi, however we have to disconnect wifi for all devices just so that one device can run EOD.

 

Tried restarting ipads and so on. The issue doesn't make any sense to me!! 😄

What's your Wifi connection like, and are all iPads on the same network? It may be worth performing an internet speedtest to get a gauge on your connection.

Also check if your iPads are on the most recent version of iOS, and that the Square app is up to date on all devices. 

 

To update the Square app: 

  1. Open the App Store > tap your profile icon.

  2. Scroll down to see pending updates.

  3. Tap Update All to update all apps, or find the Square app and tap Update.
