Online Images Overlapping Text in Item Pages

This evening our website's item pages have suddenly begun to overlay the image over the text. We've not touched anything to do with layout in some time so I wonder if this is a glitch others have seen? Or, what we might do to make sure this is restored to how it used to load?

I've included screenshots of a published example below and I've subsequently been into the editor and can now see the image overflowing the blue box indicated in the template. 

Any ideas?

Rather embarrassing but I've worked out how to fix this. I simply needed to change the thumbnail location to Bottom to anchor it in the blue grid. The only mystery is how the location changed without to "left" without us altering it? But yet, a lesson in playing about with the settings to resolve layout glitches!
