Adding a waiver agreement checkbox to checkout

I have an annual event that I use Square, both online and at 2 other local brick and mortar businesses to sell tickets too.  Our event insurance provider requires that all ticket holders sign a waiver and release form.  Is there a way to add a tick box or check box to the check out screen that will require them to agree to the waiver before buying the tickets?

At this time Waivers are considered a Feature Request @Ticketseller I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers' interest in your request.
