Identifying which Square Reader took a payment

 The title of this thread has been edited from the original: We have 2 squares linked to the same account, how can i identify which transactions belong to each 1

We have 2 squares that are linked to the same account, is there a way we can identify which transactions belong to each square as they are all coming together so we know who is doing what, is that possible?

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the Seller Community 👋

You can name each device taking payments to make it easier to track where transactions were taken. 

This is possible directly from the device you're using the Square Point of Sale App on.  

For iOS devices: 

1. Go to Settings > General > About > Name.
2. Enter a new name, then tap Done.

For Android devices: 

1. In the Square app, tap the three horizontal lines to navigate to the menu.

2. Tap Settings > Device Name.

3. Enter a device name.
