We can only confirm compatible devices will work with the apps, unfortunately. You may have already referenced this page, but here is a list of the tested devices that will work with Square.
I do not have the device you mentioned in order to test and confirm, however, I'm hoping another seller on this forum will be able to offer some feedback for you.
