Keypad not responding properly to touch from the finger

Hi , i’ve purchased 2 unit from square , one location works properly but the other location clients if they do not have tap on there card or simply when the want to enter an amount for tips , the keypad goes nuts and they cannot enter the desired amount. Any one there had the same issues ?? I’m desperate for help since i’ve called at least a dozen time IT and no luck except trying trouble shooting which as done nothing so far. I’m scared client will thing i’m stealing from them ! Help please

I haven't seen any other similar reports here. Could you please share what troubleshooting steps have you completed so far? And also, can you share which Square Hardware is the one giving you trouble?
