We now have two terminals and we had hoped that they would help us with our events by making it quick and easy to create tickets at tables that would then flow through to the bar and kitchen via the KDS system we have in place. Unfortunately, because the terminal does not bring up buttons and relies on the library, they have been abandoned due to lack of ease of use. For checking people's open tickets out it is fine - but we need the buttons from the POS to show. How do we do this?
