Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available for the location.

I've used square for around 8 years. NOW - all of a sudden I can't add items to my online store. The messege i keep getting is: "Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available for the location."

So far, I have checked the location, I have updated the inventory, I have "synced" the platform. It "look" good to go, but when try to make a purchase, I get: "Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available for the location."

Anyone have any ideas? This is DRIVING ME CRAZY!

That sounds understandably frustrating!

 

While we're not able to look into how the account is set up via our community forum, I do recommend you reach out to support to take a better look into this. They'll be able to either identify something that needs changing on your end, or if it's a bug, they'll be able to file a ticket.
