Upgraded register won't print a ticket for 100% discounted order

After upgrading our Square Register, it won't print a ticket anymore for an order that is 100% discounted. I take the order, apply the discount, tap on "Open Drawer" (in the old version it would show "$0 Sale" or something similar), but then it won't print a ticket. Is that a bug, or do I manually need to change a setting?
