"It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end" error

Hi there.

 

During all day today we are getting an error when trying to view reports and transactions:

 

Oh no, something went wrong.

It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end

 

Why is this happening? I can't seem to do anything to get everything back to normal!

 

It's so frustating!

@imperfect that does sound super frustrating! Is this happening on your Square Dashboard, Point of Sale app, or Square Register? Also, is the issue still persisting? Make sure everything is up to date and restart any affected devices.

But i still see this error in my payment section tab I am a new user on square and I get this error from last week please solve this as soon as possible

Hi AshleyK.

 

It was happening when logging in on Chrome but suddenly everything is ok again!
