Payment does not populate...

I created the STORE and connect PAYPAL but when I click on the item in the cart, it goes to a page that says 

Helpful Information

• RETURN POLICY
• SHIPPING INFO

There is no way to pay for this item on my page...

This is the STORE. When you want to make payment in the cart there is no option

I see about 6 or so sites in your account, but i'm not sure which one has the store you are testing.

Thanks! I wonder if it's an issue with the older custom theme you have. Try switching to a newer theme temporarily to see if that helps.

For using a STORE do I need to have an UPGRADED account?

I was using PAYPAL buttons before and it worked good but the

cart is better looking.

Yes, for PayPal you'll need to be upgraded to Business or higher. If there are other checkout providers shown in Store > Setup > Checkout then you can use those with your current plan, though.
