Can you price things by the sqft but sell them by the carton? Flooring

Flooring is typically priced by the sqft, but is sold by the carton, and cartons typically contain 19-30 sqft. Is there a way to have the square system price it by the square foot but sell it by the carton?

Hello @Colemanzd and thanks for your question. I think you can do this. I just created a test item, and this I what I was able to do...by creating a variation, I can sell one by Sq Ft, and the other by a carton. When a customer checks out, you should be able to select which one to use. And if you setup a SKU you may be able to scan a barcode depending on how you are selling your flooring. But if you change the sqft price does it change the carton price? We are going through price changes all the time right now with the supply chain issues, and don’t want to have to change both prices regularly
