The Square Appointments and Square Online teams have made it easier for your customers to select locations on online booking sites. We know that managing more than one location can be challenging, so we set out to give your customers the option to decide which location to go to based on their proximity, available amenities, and their preferred staff, among other criteria.
We just released some improvements to make managing reservations at locations easier:

Now when your customers arrive at the booking page for the first time, they will be prompted to select their preferred location.

This choice will be saved for a short time to ensure an optimized booking experience.

Changing locations is highlighted more on the booking site so you can get from one to another quickly.

Additionally, the booking page now carries location identifiers in the URLs in case a specific location needs to be linked from the main website.
These features are included on all Square Appointments online booking sites as long as you have set up more than one location in Square and have bookings enabled for each location.
💡 to note that managing more than one location is only available with Square Plus Appointments .
