last step is to verify identity
have been trying this for days
Fill in my information and click continue and receive error message “unable to reach server”
have tried different browsers (chrome, Firefox and Safari)
Made sure the browser is up to date
have enabled cookies
have cleared cache and cookies
after each step above I signed out, closed browser and opened in new window
error message continues
support via email seems to be at a loss
any suggestions ??

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble verifying your identity. While we can't troubleshoot account activation through our community forum, this is something support can look into with you. If needed, they can also file a ticket with engineering for the issue you're seeing with the verification step.

YES!!! I'm having the same problem and have been trying for hours! Different browsers etc. Half the the time it took me several goes for it to recognised my ABN number as well. 😞
