Thanks for reaching out and sort to hear you're having trouble with the POS app!
To confirm, you're talking about the changes you make via the Square dashboard appearing in the Square POS app? As long as you've got internet access this should happen instantly. Is the device connected to the internet?
If this isn't the issue it may have something to do with the item location vs the location you're logged into on the app. Can you let me know if your account is a multi-location account?
I'll try and get to the bottom of this for you 🙂
