How to restrict access to back office when password for POS is the same?

My employees often need to sign in on Square POS in the business iPad. The same login information is also used to sign into the Back Office account, where there is all reports available, including the monthly sales, etc. I would prefer to keep the access to the Back Office private, but still couldn’t find a way to create different passwords, one for the POS system, and another for the Back Office. I would appreciate your advice !
