Who can I contact regarding Online Store fees and features?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Flat rate shipping PLUS cost per item]

 

I have the free version of Square Online ... no monthly fee, pay commission on all sales.

 

The help documentation says that I should be able to have a flat rate for shipping plus a per-item fee.  Example:  $5 flat rate plus $1 plus $1 plus $1.  My screen does not match the screenshots shown in the documentation.  There is an either/or option ... per sale OR per item.

Can someone please help?  Thanks.
