I sent a gift card but it did not reach it's recipient. Is there a way to send the gift card to me and I can forward it on?

Hi Terri,
Thank you for responding! I purchased the gift card from a link on the bakery website that uses Square, but the transaction is not linked to my square account, just the email, so it doesn't show on Dashboard. I received a receipt for the transaction, but my coworker hasn't received an email. Is there a way to track the transaction by email address or other items?

HI, you purchased a card from a different website, not your website? Then you need to contact that website owner so they can search their Gift Card dashboard.
