Regarding the Square Register, it is a great little machine, but about the customer screen, it would be fantastic if the card pop up animation could be where they have to tap and not where they have to insert, about 98% of our customers are very confused with the image of the card not being properly placed on the tap logo side of the screen, it would be great if that could be an option to be able to change the side of the anumation

Sorry to hear your customers are confused with the image on the Register!
When you select contactless as the payment method, the Register highlights to tap the card where the NFC symbol and the hand come up.
While it also highlights where you can insert the card, the tap option is a bit more prominent. Where do you find your customers try to tap their card instead?

Hi, thank you for your reply, they tap where the insert animation come up, which understandable because the animation is of the card is, and the actual tap symbol is too small.
